I am Pablo M. Flores, a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Communication at UC Davis, where I conduct research focused on information dynamics, collective emotions, and impacts of interactions between humans and technology. As a member of the Computational Communication Research Lab (C²Lab), I blend computational methods with social science theories, embodying an interdisciplinary computational social science approach.

Prior to my graduate studies, I was actively involved in applied research. I began my career leading an engineering team to develop communication software in a million-dollar project funded by Conicyt-Chile. Subsequently, I served as an Instructor and Adjunct Assistant Professor in the School of Communication at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC). My academic background includes a BS in Industrial Engineering with an emphasis in Mathematics from PUC.
